Everything you need to know about preparing print-ready files.

Accepted File Formats

Best: PDF

PDF is the preferred format. Export as "Press Quality" with bleed included.

AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, PNG, JPG

Keep text inside here

3mm bleed

  • • Add 3mm bleed on all sides
  • • Keep text 5mm inside the trim edge
  • • For double-sided jobs, add bleed to each page

Colour Mode

CMYK

Always use CMYK

RGB files will be converted and colours may shift.

Note: We cannot print in Pantone/spot colours unless specifically arranged.

Resolution

Minimum 300dpi at actual print size

Images pulled from websites (72-96dpi) will print pixelated. Use high-resolution images or photographs.

Fonts

  • • Convert fonts to outlines (outlined) in PDF export
  • • Or embed fonts in the PDF settings
  • • Don't rely on system fonts - always outline
